The location of the hotel is convenient for travel between the bus terminal and the island. It is close to the piers and the Koh Samet ferry pier. Prices for new air conditioning are reasonable.

The service at the hotel is lacking. Guests have reported rude staff who are not helpful with issues such as broken TVs.

I had a great stay close to the pier and ferry to Koh Samet. The room was basic but clean, had shampoo and shower gel, and a great working AC. The location was perfect for my plans to visit the island. I was also really surprised by the affordable price for a room with a new AC unit.

Not one thing to criticize about the hotel.

Had a relaxing Xmas stay at this affordable resort. the food at the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. the ambiance was perfect for a holiday vibe. the location was a plus, close to the ferry terminal and great for traveling to the nearby island. the quiet and comfortable room offered a good night's rest after a tiring day. the check-in process was a bit tricky, but the friendly Thai staff was accommodating.
